RYNO Home Inspection started out as RYNO Property Maintenance in Kent, OH in 2021. Created to help people who were having a hard time finding reliable, honest, talented people to help them out with anything from basic maintenance to custom projects.

After many bad buying/contractor experiences, owner Ryan Zack decided to create RYNO Home Inspection to better use his decades of maintenance, remodel and construction experience to ensure homes are safe and people were aware of what they were getting themselves into. Ryans special talent that sets him apart from other inspectors is his detective like logic. When something looks strange or mysterious, he can figure it out and determine wether or not it's something to be concerned about.

In 2022 he and his wife decided to buy a farm (Runaway Ranch) in Harpersfield, OH and start an entirely new journey/lifestyle. RYNO Home Inspection is now based out of Harpersfield and RYNO Property Maintenance is no more.
